KAATSU Training
Twice daily KAATSU Training sessions while working at this desk or on his computer has two major benefits: KAATSU enables rapid recovery from long, sustained workouts and his vascular tissue (capillaries, veins, arteries) remains elastic.
Swimming & Walking
Every day, without failure, he is either moving in the water (in a pool or the Pacific Ocean) or walking along the beach or in the sand at least 4 total hours per day. On days, he is mentally or physically fatigued, this discipline is vital.
Logistics
The logistics of traveling 1,200+ kilometers over 88 days and selecting points along Shikoku that are safe to enter and exit the ocean around the island are daunting and require all kinds of contingency plans and coordination among the support team.
